What to write to us about
- Corrections. If you spot a mistake in a recipe, a date or an attribution, please send the link to the article and a short note. We fix errors promptly and note significant changes in the article.
- Recipe questions. Stuck on a measurement, a substitution or a technique? Ask, and we may turn the answer into a guide.
- Story ideas. We are always interested in forgotten classics, hotel bar history and well-documented cocktail origins.
- Permissions. To quote or republish our writing beyond a short excerpt with a link, please ask first.
What we cannot help with
Pleiades is an independent editorial website. It has no affiliation with the former Bar Pleiades, The Surrey hotel, Daniel Boulud or the Dinex Group, and we cannot take reservations, arrange events or answer questions on behalf of any bar, hotel or restaurant. We also do not accept payment for coverage.
